I’ve been dealing with Sam for over 10 years. Never disappoints. Always quality work with quality material. If you want a job done properly, he is the guy to go to. Beware, there are plenty of cheap auto glass technicians out there that can potentially damage your vehicle by creating water leaks, which can cause serious issues. If you care about your car, then be careful who you have working on it.
Take it to Sam at express glass and leave out the worry. Thanks again Sam 👍🏻

Overall Excellent experience! Was everyday busy life, it’s very hard to find time to take your vehicle in to get your windshield replaced, some places make it an all day event. Excellence Auto Glass in Burnaby made it effortless, we didn’t even have to leave our house. Came right to our house and picked up our car and delivered when done. Very friendly and accommodating. Huge shoutout to Express Glass and the fantastic owners, Saher and Samia Sada! After some uninvited vandal decided my Ford F‑150 needed more “ventilation,” these folks came to the rescue. From start to finish, the service was smooth, professional, and surprisingly stress‑free (which is saying a lot when your truck window is in pieces).
Saher and Samia clearly take pride in what they do—they replaced my vandalized window quickly and did an excellent job. My truck is back to looking great, and I’m no longer driving around explaining broken glass to everyone at stoplights.
If you want quality work, great service, and people who actually care, Express Glass is the place to go. Highly recommended!

Bonus tip: if you’re lucky enough to visit in person, make sure to ask for Samia’s famous Yuca Cake (Bolo de Mandioca)—it might be the only thing sweeter than their customer service.

Someone broke into my car and shattered the passenger window, so I brought my car to EXPRESS GLASS for a replacement. Sam did an amazing job, super fast(same day!!) professional, and the quality of the work is top-notch. He even noticed the trim piece needed replacing and took care of that too. Excellent customer service and attention to detail. Highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs auto glass repair!
